Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of UploadFlow AI (“the App”), a Shopify application provided by Pacific Softwares (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The service
UploadFlow helps merchants collect customer files on Shopify storefronts (product and cart pages), review them in admin, optionally validate them with AI/OCR, and request replacements via Ask-for-file links when needed.
Eligibility
You must have authority to install apps on a Shopify store and comply with Shopify’s Partner and App Store policies, as well as all laws applicable to your business and the files you process.
Plans & billing
- Free — limited monthly uploads and storage as described on the pricing page.
- Pro — paid plan billed via Shopify Billing (monthly or annual), with higher limits and advanced features such as AI validation, OCR, and API access.
Fees are charged by Shopify according to your selected plan. You can upgrade, change billing interval, or downgrade to Free from the Plans page in UploadFlow (Shopify Billing confirmation). Access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated by Shopify.
Your responsibilities
- Only process files and personal data you have a lawful basis to handle
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
- Keep Shopify credentials and store access secure
- Configure storage and notifications appropriately for your workflow
AI features
AI validation and OCR are assistive tools. You remain responsible for final production decisions. Results may be imperfect; always review critical artwork before printing or fulfilment.
Availability & changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, limits, and pricing may change with notice via the App, website, or Shopify listing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Softwares is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, production delays, or costs arising from rejected/incorrect files. Aggregate liability for the App is limited to fees paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or policy violations. Upon uninstall, shop data is deleted or anonymised per our Privacy Policy.
